I used Photoshop Elements 4.0 (but I would recommend something along the normal Photoshop line and not Elements here; there are a few features that it doesn't have), and yes, I use and Wacom Inedos (spelling?) tablet :)

I like that the lights that death has passed has gone out...really nice touch there. Also the lighting looks sweet. I think more lighting on the hair though, maybe just defining a few individual strands, would do a lot. Good work.
